Can I get a filter discount even if my promo code has expired?

We send a $20 discount code to our customers who replace their filters annually. The email is sent 11 months after your last purchase. The discount code expires 30 days after the reminder email was sent. However, if your discount has expired, you may request a one-time free pass.

Please note we are moving to a subscription-based model. As long as you have an active filters subscription, you'll save $20 automatically on filter orders. Subscriptions will eventually replace our email-based promo code system.
